Polynikis Papoulias facilitated the “Lost & Found Memories” workshop, which was based on everyday objects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Attica, a certification in STEM Education and Educational Robotics Systems from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and has completed basic Group Facilitation training at the Instituto de Facilitación y Cambio. He has also participated in numerous Erasmus+ trainings focusing on the role of Youth Worker, Group Facilitator, and Educational Program Coordinator.
His core methodological approaches include playful and collaborative learning through experiential workshops, eduLARP, and TTRPGs. For the past seven years, he has been active as a non-formal education coordinator and facilitator in Greek and European programs, including LARP for Climate, CSA Seed in Chania, Young Volunteers in Cultural Events — Lessons Learned from COVID-19 Crisis, and the Portal Project — Transition of LARP to the Field of Adult Education.

He is currently a coordinator and member of the design team for Public Spaces for Peace Places (PS4PP), a project focused on participation, sustainability, and active citizenship. He is also a co-founder of CUYO AMKE.
