TCZ Handbook

This handbook has been created as a living document, a companion to guide trainers, mediators or facilitators as they step into the complex, rewarding work of fostering dialogue and understanding within Contact Zones.

It draws deeply from the rich experiences and reflections gathered in two Eu-funded international projects: the Heritage Contact Zone and the Training for the Contact Zone projects, weaving together theoretical foundations, practical tools, and real-world examples to support you in your journey.
