Ioana Crugel likes to create connections across cultures, ideas, and borders, with over two decades dedicated to European cooperation and cultural exchange. Her work moves at the intersection of policy and creativity, where she shapes projects that bring people, institutions, and visions together. From universities to cultural networks, she managed initiatives through programmes such as Erasmus+, Creative Europe, and Horizon Europe. She is currently in charge with the European and international development at the Association des centres culturels de rencontre, a network of organisations highlighting the resource heritages represent in our societies through cultural projects, residencies for artists and artistic outreach.
